Training & Coaching
To further develop your skills you receive soft skill and technical training from our Ferranti University. Ferranti University is a kind of library where our employees get an idea about the available training programs, which vary from soft skill and standard technology trainings on to practices or more business based trainings.
Capacity and Capability building in a growing International Partner network needs to be supported by efficient Corporate Knowledge Management. MECOMS™ University offers trainings towards internal employees and our partner network, to spread Business and Product Knowledge.
Within Ferranti, each employee is assigned a coach. The aim of the coaching-role is to bring about a proper HR competence management by correctly applying and implementing any available HR tools.
