Ferranti Computer Systems and Federale Verzekering have been selected by Microsoft to participate in the exclusive Microsoft Technology Adoption Program (TAP) for Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM) 2012.

The widely recognized TAP Program is an early beta program for selected partners and customers that Microsoft has determined are important for a successful release of System Center Service Manager 2012. Federale Verzekering and Ferranti will thus be able to engage with the Microsoft product team and provide feedback and input during the development process of SCSM 2012.

System Center Service Manager 2012 helps integrate people, processes, and information across enterprise infrastructure and applications by standardizing your service offerings.

Frederik Baert, Director Professional Services ICT at Ferranti Computer Systems explains: “As a member of this TAP, we will receive preview information about the SCSM 2012 product as well training and other materials including releases of the product in advance of their general availability. In addition, we will also be able to assist our clients in benefitting from its strategic business implications.”

“Microsoft TAP programs create an invaluable opportunity for partners and customers to have direct impact on the success of future products,” says Laurent De Grauwe, Solution Advisor Core Infrastructure at Microsoft. “We are pleased to have Ferranti Computer Systems and Federale Verzekering as a part of the TAP for SCSM 2012. Once again this demonstrates how motivated partners, like Ferranti, can impact the value and positioning of our technology. Partnerships like these help us to better align our solutions to customer needs.”
